WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A HOME INSPECTION?
- A home inspection is a non-invasive, non-exhaustive, visual examination of the readily accessible spaces, systems, and components of the home. The inspection should last between 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the home, weather conditions, and access to available systems, components, and spaces.
DURING THE INSPECTION
During the home inspection, you're encouraged to join me as I move throughout the steps of the inspection. Your safety and satisfaction are my priorities: Some areas of the home, such as attics or crawlspaces, may not be accessible to clients. However, you will be provided with images and/or video and details of these areas.
I'm also pet-friendly! (Yes, an actual certification for loving your pets as much as my own!)While I am fine with pets in the home, it's best that pets are crated or placed in a safe space during the inspection since potential buyers will want to walk around the inside and outside of the home.
24-HOUR REPORT DELIVERY
After the inspection, you'll receive your detailed report within 24 hours! The report will show images, video, and descriptions of what was inspected, and recommendations for next steps.
