WHAT'S A HOME INSPECTION, And why choose me?
- A home inspection is a non-invasive, non-exhaustive, visual examination of the readily accessible spaces, systems, and components of the home. The inspection should last between 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the home, weather conditions, and access to available systems, components, and spaces. I'll check the exterior and interior of the home, everything from the foundation to the roof, and everything included in the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, so you'll have peace of mind knowing all the important systems were inspected!
- I'll treat your investment as if it were my own. Every inspection is cared for as if I were buying the home!
DURING THE INSPECTION
During the home inspection, you're encouraged to join me as I complete the inspection. Your safety and satisfaction are my priorities: Some areas of the home, such as attics or crawlspaces, may not be accessible to clients. However, you will be provided with images and/or video and details of these areas.
I'm also PET-FRIENDLY!! (Yes, there's an actual certification for loving your pets as much as I do my own!)While I'm fine with pets in the home, it's best that pets be kept in a safe space during the inspection since potential buyers will want to walk around the inside and outside of the home.
